Mr. Lewis currently serves as the president of bank performance for Capitol Bancorp Limited, where he oversees 61 community banks in 17 states and is a member of the Capitol Bancorp Limited board of directors.

Mr. Jimenez, an Arizona native, has over 30 years of commercial, corporate and international banking experience. In addition, in 2003, he was appointed by Governor Napolitano to serve as Director of the Arizona Department of Commerce, a position he held for four years.

Mr. Anderson is currently a consultant, advising both banks and commercial clients on a myriad of strategies. He has over 35 years of direct banking experience with both large and medium-sized regional bank holding companies.

Mr. Astorga is the senior vice president and chief financial officer of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. Prior to joining BCBSAZ, Tony Astorga had a 20 year career in the public accounting sector, serving as a supervising senior with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. and later as a partner in Astorga, Maurseth & Co.

Mr. Calderón is a native of Arizona. He has practiced law for more than 25 years and his law firm, Calderón Law Offices, focuses on civil law, employment law, general business law and litigation.  He is a former President of the State Bar of Arizona and is a member of the Arizona Board of Regents. 

Mr. Flores is the director of operations and community relations for Arizona State University Baseball. Prior to joining ASU Baseball, Armando Flores was the executive vice president of corporate business services for the Arizona Public Service Company. He also held several management positions with Levi Strauss & Company, Boise Cascade Corporation and Aerojet General Corp.

Mr. Kasten currently serves as vice chairman of the board of directors for Capitol Bancorp Limited. Michael Kasten has served on the board since 1988 and serves on seven boards of directors for Capitol affiliates. Mr. Kasten is the founder of several businesses including Kasten Machinery, Inc., Kasten Investments and Kasten Insulation Services.

Ms. Kizer, along with her husband, founded CASA Fenix Enterprises in 1989. The company runs a number of newsstands and retail operations in airports and resorts. Prior to establishing CASA Fenix, Yolanda Kizer had careers as a bilingual teacher and banker, and also founded another company, Builders™ Book Depot.

Dr. Maloney After a brief tenure as a financial analyst, Dr. Maloney returned to school and received his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine. He founded Maloney Chiropractic Clinic 15 years ago and has served 6,000 patients over that period. He is also a partner in Direct Access Lab, an internet corporate wellness program.

Mr. Molina is principally engaged in three fast-growing enterprises in the Arizona marketplace- Molina Media Group, Molina Outdoor and the Latino Future magazine. Manny Molina brings more than 25 years of experience to his businesses, including extensive work in advertising sales and marketing, real estate, business development and community relations. Prior to starting his own firms, Mr. Molina served as regional president of Clear Channel Outdoor.

Mr. Roman is a partner in Johnson, Harris & Goff, PLLC, a Scottsdale-based public accounting firm. Prior to merging his firm with Johnson, Harris & Goff, PLLC, in 2007, Armando Roman managed Roman & Company, CPAs for 14 years. In addition to his public accounting work, Mr. Roman writes business articles for magazines and newspapers across the country.
