Our loan program is designed to give you ample time to build your home. Our typical residential construction loans have a 12 month construction period, but we have the ability to modify the term to meet your specific needs. Our rates are very competitive, and we have the expertise in-house to help guide you through the process. We also are familiar with most of the builders in our market and have worked directly with many of them.

The following construction loans are also available: New build-end loan/construction draw, extended float down rate lock option and rehab/remodel. We also have refinance loans which can lower your existing interest rate or provide cash from existing equity.
